The crisp autumn air was filled with a gentle, intoxicating sunshine as people came and went.
It was such a kindly sunlit day, and before them stood a newly opened, vast amusement park, bustling with crowds and lively noise.
“This must be the place,” Liu Tian said, looking up at the enormous amusement park sign and turning to Chu Zihang beside him. “But is this crowd here mostly because many people have just finished school, or is the owner just good at advertising?”
Glancing around, the majority of visitors were young, and even now, attendants were handing out flyers.
“That’s not surprising,” Chu Zihang replied with a faint smile. “This amusement park covers nearly every type of entertainment imaginable, catering to everyone from toddlers to the elderly. Plus, it just opened, so such a turnout is only natural.”
“Ah… that’s impressive,” Liu Tian praised. Though money was now just a concept to him, having been an ordinary person for decades, he understood well the immense costs behind opening such a large amusement park.
This seaside city had long lacked a major amusement park. Without competition, this newcomer was practically guaranteed profit.
“By the way, who owns this park?” Liu Tian asked as they casually bought some snacks and sat down on a bench to wait, noting that Xia Mi hadn’t arrived yet. “Good eye, and willing to invest well.”
“It’s the Black Prince Group,” Chu Zihang pointed to a discreet sign near the park—a fresh commercial registration emblem of the Black Prince Group. The logo featured a large bird spreading its wings against a blue sky, standing on a pristine white cloud.
“Oh, they’ve changed their logo?”
Liu Tian never cared about such trivial matters; his concern was only whether his orders were carried out and if anyone dared betray him. He left these minor matters to Chu Zihang.
Thanks to the combined bloodlines of the Heavenly Kingdom and the Dragon Clan, Chu Zihang needed no rest and could work twice as much in a day.
In recent days, she had lived by the saying: use women as men, men as women, and women as machines—otherwise, she simply couldn’t manage.
After resting a while in the lounge, they finally saw Xia Mi arriving late. She wore a loose white shirt and black pants, looking casual and free-spirited. A black baseball cap sat atop her head, sunglasses perched on her nose, giving her the air of a lively tomboy.
“Hello!” Xia Mi quickly hurried between the two and sat down, taking a sip from the water on the table.

“You’re three minutes late,” Chu Zihang said with a glance, her calm voice tinged with slight displeasure.
“Sorry!” Xia Mi stuck out her tongue. “I ran into some trouble on the way.”
“What kind of trouble?” Chu Zihang pressed.
“Oh,” Xia Mi blinked, “I encountered a few cockroaches—scared me to death.”
“Immortal cockroaches, huh?” Liu Tian remarked from beside her. “The scent of your fresh blood hasn’t faded yet.”
Xia Mi shot Liu Tian a glare. “Don’t talk nonsense. This beauty smells sweet all over.”
Then she hooked her arm around Liu Tian’s shoulder, leaning close to whisper in his ear, “Actually, I dreamed about you last night. We talked for quite a while. So, what do you think? Do you remember what we talked about?”
After some initial probing, Xia Mi felt bolder, sensing that Liu Tian didn’t care much about the secrets she might be hiding.
“Oh?” Liu Tian replied nonchalantly. “What kind of dream?”
Seeing his reaction, Xia Mi immediately grinned triumphantly.
“I dreamed of the end of the world. The sea swallowed everything. I was in the water, surrounded by people. Suddenly, a ship came by, and someone pulled me aboard. Then you got on too,” she said, resting her chin on her hand as if pondering. “It was a happy time—people of different genders and races traveling together for a long, long time.”
“But,” Xia Mi sighed suddenly, “then a huge black dragon attacked. It was a gigantic dragon, its wings as large as this whole amusement park. Just the wind from its wings capsized the ship, and we fell into the sea. That’s when I woke up.”
“So the person in your dream wasn’t me,” Liu Tian said. “If it were me, the outcome would be different—I’d jump onto the dragon the moment it appeared and battle it from sky to earth, earth to deep sea. Elements would clash fiercely, the world trembling amidst our fight, and in the end, I’d nail it to the moon.”
“That’s one super, super huge dragon,” Xia Mi stood, spreading her arms wide as if to illustrate the dragon’s immense size and power. “Its wings were draped with corpses. Its gaze was filled with despair. Even if all life on the planet united, they would not escape destruction.”
“That’s only a creature trapped on a planet,” Liu Tian said coldly. “Compared to magnetic field rotation, compared to me, it’s nothing.”

“Speaking of which, I also had a dream last night. You weren’t a person but a dragon, roaring in the sky, declaring that all life must bow beneath you. Then—I killed you.”
“That’s terrifying. Why are you so fixated on killing?” Xia Mi clutched her chest, feigning fright. Then she grabbed Chu Zihang’s hand. “Senior sister, senior brother is scary. You have to protect me.”
“If Tian really wanted to kill someone, I’d hand him the knife,” Chu Zihang said, pulling her hand free.
“Ugh, you two are ganging up on me,” Xia Mi covered her face, pretending to cry. “I also had news about a second-generation relic here, and you’re bullying me like this? Fine, then I won’t sell it.”
“Only if you tell me what magnetic field rotation is as a gift.”
“That, huh.”
From their previous dealings, Liu Tian found Xia Mi somewhat trustworthy. Considering this information and the tremendous destructive power of elements, he knew he had to break through the magnetic field rotation for absolute certainty.
When that landmark system was built, the secret of magnetic field rotation would be impossible to hide—though why would he want to?
With that thought, Liu Tian smiled. “If you’re interested, check out the comic by Haihu. But just a friendly reminder: the descriptions there are only predictions. The power of magnetic field rotation is far more terrifying and formidable.”
“A comic? Didn’t expect you, senior brother Liu Tian, to be a homebody!” Xia Mi laughed brightly. “Alright, since you recommend it so strongly, I’ll find time to read it.”
“But for now, since we finally made it to the amusement park, let’s just enjoy ourselves!”
As she spoke, Xia Mi extended her hand. “Come on, let’s have fun together~”
